One MISSED PAYMENT are grounds for cancellation, your payments will be forfeited, and you will receive an email confirmation stating your trip termination. If final or full payments are not received by the applicable due date, reservations are subject to cancellation and all payments made shall be forfeited.

Foxes Unplug maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of bullying, disrespect, or behavior that disrupts the positive and inclusive environment we strive to create. Foxes Unplug reserves the right to cancel your participation at any time should such conduct arise. In the event of a cancellation due to violation of these policies, please note that all payments and deposits are nonrefundable, and no refunds will be issued

Due to the changes within the travel industry, travel insurance is strongly advised. Not having travel insurance waives any right to recoup any losses from Foxes Unplug. Travel insurance with a Cancel for any Reason benefit must be booked NO LATER that two weeks after your 1st deposit. 

Booking travel insurance two weeks after your first deposit limits the amount of protection you can have and Foxes Unplug is not liable.
